Ambassador of Georgia George Mirtskhulava presented a Letter of Credence to the Executive Secretary of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) Francisco Ribeiro Telles, on the 9th of September, 2020.
On the 20th of July, the Ambassador of Georgia, Giorgi Mirtskhulava, presented his credentials to the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
On the 15th of July, 2020, the Ambassador-designate of Georgia Giorgi Mirtskhulava presented copy of credentials to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Portuguese Republic, Ambassador Álvaro Mendonça e Moura. In frames of the ceremony, a meeting was also held with the Chief of the State Protocol, Ambassador Clara Nunes dos Santos.
