Levan Tsurtsumia held a meeting with João Duarte Palma, Mayor of the Municipality of Cuba in the Alentejo Region of the Portuguese Republic

On 1 October 2026, Ambassador of Georgia Levan Tsurtsumia visited the Municipality of Cuba in the Alentejo Region of the Portuguese Republic and held a meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality, João Duarte Palma

The meeting focused on deepening cooperation between the regions of Georgia and the Portuguese Republic.

Particular attention was also given to the “Provando o Tareco” festival, scheduled to take place in Vila Alva on 13–15 November, where a Georgian pavilion will be featured with the participation of the Municipality of Kvareli.
