Meeting with the Mayor of Lisbon Fernando Medina
On the 6th of April the Ambassador of Georgia Revaz Beshidze held a meeting with the Mayor of Lisbon Fernando Medina where closer cooperation between two cities of Lisbon and Tbilisi, also possibilities of undertaking joint projects were discussed. The sides talked over commemoration of 100 years of foundation of the First Democratic Republic of Georgia and possibilities of assistance by the Municipality of Lisbon in this regard.
Mr. Medina was invited by the Ambassador to the reception in honour of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Georgia which is being organized by the Embassy at the Convent of Graça for May.
